Undercommon is a language spoken by many subterranean races, as well as chokers;[1] members of the Cults of the Dragon Below;[2] and many of the creations of the daelkyr, from dolgaunts and dolgrims to symbionts.[3] Undercommon is also spoken by many rakshasas.[4]
It uses the alphabet of Daelkyr, the language the daelkyr brought with them from the plane of Xoriat.[1]
